• Location: if you choose “Use my location”, your browser may provide your device location so the page can sort nearby listings. That marketplace control uses the location in your browser and does not save it to your IslandOrder account.

3. Public business listings

Business information submitted for publication may be visible to visitors. Do not include personal or confidential information in public listing fields. Business owners are responsible for ensuring they have permission to publish their text, photographs, logos and contact details.

4. Contacting businesses and third-party services

IslandOrder may provide links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps or other third-party websites. When you follow those links, the third party handles your information under its own policies and terms. We do not control third-party services. If you contact a business directly, the information you share with that business is handled by that business.

5. Cookies, analytics and essential technology

The platform may use session cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember essential settings. If analytics tools are configured, they may collect usage information to help us understand and improve the platform.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information as a product. You can keep business listing information accurate through the available account tools. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to verification, technical limitations and any legal or operational need to retain certain records. Removing public information may not remove copies already seen or stored by other people or third-party services.

IslandOrder is intended for general audiences and business users, not for children to create accounts independently. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately.

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you are using the platform under the updated policy.
